How to proceed with the HR system structure support

We can help you construct fair and equal Performance rating system.

We will support you construct your HR system in a span of 6 months to a year. The duration depends on the scale of the organization, occupational category and number of offices.

If it is tailor-made type, we will visit you 3 to 4 times a months and examine the situation during 2 to 3 hour project meeting. Prior to the meeting, we will compose the basis for items of examination and manual while grasping your situation. If it is the adviser type, we will join your HR system construction project as your adviser and give you comments of the objective viewpoint from the specialist.

The progress of the project will be reported to the management team appropriately. Also prior to the implementation, we will give explanatory meeting to the employees and be a teacher for the management training.
