They will learn about "what is performance evaluation", "basic rules of evaluation", and "points in evaluation process" and learn about the mental attitude as evaluators and basic rules through lectures and case studies.

The aims of performance evaluator training
- Acquire the knowledge and skills that becomes the base of performance evaluation, and aim for the fair and equal evaluation management.
- Share the evaluation standard and procedure and consider the way of performance evaluation that will link to HR development and business improvement.
- Acquire the HR training for HR development, question skills to motivate, and process of interview through interview role play.
